G&L Surgical Clinic works with most major insurance partners Prudential, AXA, Aviva, AIA, Great Easterm, NTUC Income and Tokio Marine. Our friendly team and clinic staff are happy to help you understand the fees and work with you to understand your financing options to allow you to focus on what matters the most, your road to recovery. 

G & L Surgical Clinic accepts all patients, with or without insurance. If you wish to seek treatment with us, but your insurer is currently not included in the list below, rest assured that we will do everything we can to aid you in making the necessary claims.

Integrated Shield Plans

Patients affiliated with the following Integrated Shield Plans will enjoy the following benefits when receiving treatment at G & L Surgical Clinic:

Prudential: Speak to our clinic staff about cashless procedures under Prudential’s PRUExtra as a Premier client. 

Additionally, patients with personal Prudential PRUShield plans can expect reimbursement of pre- and post-hospitalisation fees for up to 180 and 365 days, respectively. Patients under this plan will also enjoy an enhanced Letter of Guarantee (allowing for cashless services of up to $30,000).  

Pre-authorisation (by Business Office) is required for patients with no electronic letter of guarantee (eLOG).

AXA: Patients at G & L Surgical Clinic under AXA personal insurance plan can expect their pre- and post-hospitalisation bills to be claimable for up to 180 and 365 days, respectively. 

Additionally, an enhanced Letter of Guarantee allows patients to receive cashless services of up to $150,000 and a co-payment sum capped at $3000 when treated by our surgeons. 

Singlife Aviva: With Singlife Shield, patients can expect pre-authorisation letters to ensure that their premiums will cover the treatment they require.  

Patients can also enjoy peace of mind knowing that they will be reimbursed for pre- and post-hospitalisation fees for up to 180 and 365 days, respectively. 

AIA:  For Patients with AIA Healthshield Gold Max A plan co-payment is 5% regardless of Panel/Non-panel doctors and capped at $3,000. The $3,000 may be payable by Medisave  or other insurance plan depending on the treatment plan.

Employees of companies holding a DA Adept Health Employee Benefits card can expect benefits such as cashless consultations, investigative procedures, and medications – or a co-payment sum of these bills when seeking treatment from our surgeons.
